Located in the heart of Redbrick's burgeoning Bridge District, this brand-new office building will sit on top of a two-level below-grade parking garage and first floor retail space and provide the region with 262 individual units: more than 75% of which will feature private balconies. Aiming to achieve ILFI's Zero Carbon Certification and LEED® v4.1 Platinum, this new office space will be a prime space for both tenants and visitors.
