We became an employee-owned company in 1990 and still are today. Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is one way DAVIS shares profits with employees. The ESOP is a savings vehicle for your retirement that is not dependent on your 401(k) contributions. Another way DAVIS shares profits with employees is through annual performance-based bonuses. DAVIS also provides opportunities to meet with a financial advisor monthly at no cost to you.

DAVIS pays 100% of healthcare premiums, which means there are no payroll deductions for medical, dental or prescription coverage for you or your dependents. Additionally, DAVIS offers company-paid disability and life insurance benefits, as well as an annual contribution to your Health Savings Account (HSA). Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides free and confidential access to counseling and other mental health resources. Add our robust Wellness Program and on-site fitness center, and you have the tools to take care of YOU.
