Project Brief

Located at 1750 Old Meadow Road in close proximity, Indigo at McLean Station is a new mid-rise multi-family rental housing development for low-income households, which will provide quality affordable housing in a high-barrier-to-entry market. A total of 456 new affordable rental homes for families will be delivered in Tysons Corner in a transit oriented neighborhood. Look out this project to be completed in 2027!
