Project Brief

Located in the burgeoning Bridge District, this brand-new 13 story residential building will sit on top of a two-level below-grade parking garage and first floor retail space and provide the region with 272 apartment units. Aiming to achieve ILFI's Zero Carbon Certification and LEED® v4.1 Platinum, this building is the kind of sustainable, forward-thinking project that makes our future so exciting. Building with mass timber reduces the carbon footprint and uses significantly lower energy, which greatly helps our environment. Parcel 5 is slated to be the first full-height mass timber building in DC and, upon its completion, will be the largest on the east coast! Stay tuned for more updates as we build this tower.
