Project Brief

3300 Whitehaven is a new, mixed-use residential development located in the heart of Georgetown, Washington, DC. The project involves transforms a vacant office building with the selective reuse of the existing underground garage to support the new structure, which delivers 272 residential units to a constrained market.

The building will consist of a concrete podium topped with a Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) wood frame, aligning with the project’s sustainability goals and targeting a mass timber structural system—positioning Whitehaven as a forward-thinking model for environmentally conscious construction in the region.
