Project Brief

Completed in 2024, this project consists of 316,000-SF of new residential space, 30,000-SF of retail space, and a subsequent 175,000-SF garage to support the new traffic. The building, centered right next to the historic Armory building and across the street from more local restaurants and grocery stores, is now a staple of downtown life. Newly installed benches, water features, and landscaping keep the space accessible and beneficial to all who live in the area. Completing the major project in under 3 years, our team was efficient and able to ensure disruptions were kept to a minimum for those already living in the local arts district.
