This office-to-hotel conversion stands prominently located in the heart of downtown Washington D.C., just steps away from Farragut Square and roughly a mile from the National Mall. 

DAVIS has been hired as part of the team to provide our expertise in adaptive reuse as we convert this 12-story office building into a 280-room hotel. The project will include 3 levels of below grade parking (60,000 SF), as well as an abundance of amenity spaces β€” a 2,000 SF cafe/ restaurant, a 1,400 SF fitness center, a 3,600 SF flexible meeting space on the top floor with an outdoor terrace and a newly designed lobby with a market to welcome guests upon arrival.
