950 3rd Street NW is a 13-story apartment complex in DC's buzzing Mount Vernon Triangle neighborhood.The development has large penthouse units, 2 levels of below-grade parking, and amenity spaces including a fitness center and lounge.

Along the side of the building is a Heritage tree that is nearly 100 years old! 950 3rd Street NW was designed to respect and include the tree, and all construction avoided damange to the protected tree.
