Project Brief

In downtown Baltimore, 225 N Calvert showcases upscale apartment units, a modern lobby, and beautiful views. We renovated this former office building into 18 floors of sleek luxury apartments fully equipped with granite countertops and amenities. Exterior façade elements include metal panels, window walls, curtain walls, and an exterior insulation and finish system.

This redevelopment added 347 units to the downtown area, a massive addition to the local community!
