We are proud to announce new company-wide promotions effective January 2023! These promotions reflect the strength of our core operations teams as well as our focus on excellence. Thank you to all our employees for their incredible accomplishments and contributions.
In November, we announced Dominic Argentieri’s new role as President of DAVIS, and the addition of Ben Cohen, Peggy Jones, Ron Juban, Mike Pittsman, and Meghan Ulrich to the firm’s leadership team as Principals. This transition includes the creation of a strategic planning committee, consisting of Michelle Christen, EVP-Finance, Constantine Athanas, EVP + General Counsel, and Chris Scanlon, Chief Innovation Officer, which will partner with he Corporate Leadership Team.
Additionally, Will Cox and Patrick Cotter have been promoted to Vice President. They have built strong resumes as part of our Operations team, working on the most complex construction projects in the Mid-Atlantic region, and will maintain their technical strengths and abilities to coordinate construction efforts in their new roles.
Even outside of Operations, we’re recognizing the hard work of our amazing DAVIS teams. Steve Conroe has been named Senior Estimating Manager, and Chris Twilley has been promoted to Reality Capture Manager. Within our Human Resources Department, Lauren Howard has been named HR Manager. We are excited to see all that these great people will accomplish in their new roles and look forward to their continued success within the company.
