DAVIS Holds Partnership Symposium
At DAVIS, we believe successful projects are built on strong teamwork. Our Trade Partner Inclusion and Development Manager, Shannon Rulli, led a spring Partnership Symposium, designed to introduce newly contracted trade partners to working with us. The event featured in-depth orientations from company leaders on each step of the construction process, from finances to finishing touches. We walked trade partners through key areas such as insurance processes, on-site operations, safety standards, and the technology we use to communicate. The goal was to equip them with a clear understanding of our expectations, resources, and the collaborative approach that drives our success. This new onboarding initiative gave DAVIS and our trade partners the foundation to a build a strong, seamless bond. Thank you to the following partners for attending this spring's symposium!
