DAVIS Continues Progress, Topping Out at Two Big DC Projects!

As the year winds down, we're still reaching huge milestones on exciting DAVIS projects. Last week, we celebrated topping out at two different buildings in the District -- Parcel 42 and Reunion Square! Congratulations to each worker involved for making such great progress throughout the year.

At Parcel 42’s topping out we also held a Holiday Toy Drive to benefit two DC institutions, Springfield Baptist Church and New Bethel Baptist Church! DAVIS employees, along with the rest of the project team, including Dante's Partners, donated children's toys in an effort to give back to the community, and it was a huge success. Parcel 42 is an affordable housing/mixed-use project, set to deliver in Fall 2023!

On the very same day, our project team at the Reunion Square development celebrated a topping out of their own! This Anacostia development includes residential, hotel and office building components, and it will be the home of a 200,000-SF DAVIS-built headquarters for DC Health. The core and shell will be built to LEED Gold Certification standards, continuing our success in sustainable building.
