Oakwood Meadow

The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) has developed and preserved quality affordable homes for low-income individuals and families for more than three decades. APAH's latest project, Oakwood Meadow, brings 150 units of affordable housing for seniors to the Lee District in Alexandria, replacing an underutilized stormwater retention area. Our sitework efforts were crucial, as the DAVIS team installed two large underground detention facility structures and two design-build site segmental retaining walls!

Completed in 2023, Oakwood Meadow features amenity spaces and inspire a sense of community for residents aging in place gracefully. Supporting our community is one of our core values, and APAH’s continued investment in the region is a perfect match for us.
