J.O. Wilson Elementary School Modernization

Project Brief
Set to open for the 2026 school year, our project at J.O. Wilson Elementary School will transform 93,000-SF of space at the school's campus in Northeast Washington, DC. DAVIS is currently renovating the school's current footprint and outdoor play area, as well as adding a brand new gymnasium and cafeteria space. In addition, necessary upgrades will be made in order to achieve LEED® Gold certification, Net Zero Energy consumption, solar readiness, geothermal installation, and WELL Gold Certification. These updates ensure the students and staff at J.O. Wilson will have clean, safe, and fun time at school for years to come.
