American University - Clark & Roper Hall Renovation

Adding to our successful relationship with American University and extensive work on the Meltzer Center for Athletic Performance, our team upgraded AU's Clark Hall and Roper Hall - two existing two-story residence halls which consist of two floors above grade and one partial below-grade mechanical floor. The buildings will feature a lobby area with an adjacent kitchen, residential spaces that include a laundry room and lounge, as well as mechanical and electrical support spaces!
