Brookfield Headquarters

On the 8th floor of the Class-A office building at 655 New York Avenue, also built by DAVIS, we built out Brookfield's new headquarters! One look at this new space is enough to make an impact. We tied in elements of the building into the space, matching the terrazzo flooring to the lobby and showcasing the existing slabs. Throughout the process, we worked hand-in-hand with architect Lehman Smith McLeish to review our plans and ensure complete alignment, and the results speak for themselves. From the floating credenzas to the custom millwork partitions, Brookfield's new space consistently impresses, and gives them a new environment to complete visions and transform industries.
