Starting as a three-time intern at DAVIS and building over a decade of experience at the company, Andrew has shaped his career through hands-on involvement in a wide range of projects. Now as a Preconstruction Executive, he brings a rare dual perspective: deep roots in Base Building Operations and a strategic role in preconstruction.

Andrew’s ability to manage both long-term, complex builds and fast-paced projects has given him a comprehensive understanding of how to deliver value at every stage. His leadership style is grounded in trust that goes both ways—he empowers his team by encouraging ownership of their work while remaining a steady, knowledgeable resource when challenges arise.

Whether guiding early planning or supporting execution, Andrew’s approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and always aligned with the DAVIS commitment to building with purpose.
