We are excited to announce new companywide promotions! DAVIS continues to foster career advancement by celebrating employees’ individual accomplishments. These promotions reflect the strength of our core operations teams as well as our focus on excellence.
Leadership
Dave Kuncheff has over three decades of construction experience and has been an integral part of DAVIS’ success in the residential and mixed-use markets. As Executive Vice President, Dave will lead by example and help us continue to be the best builder in the Washington and Philadelphia regions.
Additionally, Pranav Pandya and Meghan Ulrich have been promoted to Senior Vice President. They have built strong resumes as part of our Operations team and will maintain their technical strengths and abilities to coordinate construction efforts in their new roles. Meghan Callahan, who has over 20 years of experience working on the most complicated buildings in the Washington, D.C. area, has been promoted to Vice President.
Even outside of Operations, we’re recognizing the hard work of those who have put in so much effort. Chris Scanlon has kept DAVIS on the cutting edge of technological solutions, and he has been promoted to Chief Innovation Officer. Constantine Athanas has been our steady guide and led us through many projects, and he has been promoted to Executive Vice President and General Counsel.
After a busy year of taking on new challenges, Dave Chandler, Mark Johnson, and Steve Phillips have been named Senior Vice Presidents. Dave will lead our EHS + Integrated Construction division, Mark will handle Risk Management, and Steve will lead our Estimating and Preconstruction efforts.
