DAVIS Tops Out at Monument Innovation Center!

This week, we topped out at the Monument Innovation Center project in Gaithersburg, MD! Trade partners and DAVIS leadership came together to celebrate this incredible milestone which is the result of highly efficient work by a great group of people. The 135,000-SF construction is developed by Monument Realty, designed by DNC Architects, Inc., and is set to deliver in 2023. Monument Innovation Center will be LEED Gold certified and include electric charging stations, as well as state-of-the-art mechanical and HVAC systems, with a Combination Dedicated Outdoor Air System and VRF system designed for a mix of lab and office space.
