DAVIS Internship Ranked #1 Program In Construction Industry For 2026!

Each year, Vault releases their list of top internships across the nation, built by surveying the interns themselves. For nine straight years, DAVIS' summer program has been recognized in these rankings—and now it has officially been ranked as the #1 internship in the construction and trades industry for 2026, and #17 in overall internships!

Our People Operations team implements an all-encompassing experience that prepares each student for the working world by giving them firsthand exposure to the daily process of the industry. Interns are contributors from Day One, and they engage in all aspects of construction while building relationships and improving their abilities. From our Operations teams on-site to the Resource Groups that support our day-to-day operations including Business Solutions, Virtual Construction, Estimating and more, the DAVIS Internship provides valuable insights and lessons for any kind of career path. 

This internship has changed my perspective on the industry...I've been encouraged every step of the way.
