DAVIS Construction Foundation Announces Splash Grants for Three Non-Profits!

A group of people holding three large $20,000 checks, made out to non-profits: The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, INOVA Life with Cancer, and Rockville Volunteer Fire Department.

Founded in 2021, the DAVIS Construction Foundation (DCF) exists to provide financial support to non-profit organizations that are meaningful to our employees. Since that time, we've given out $25,000, in the form of 25 $1,000 Builder Grants to charitable organizations that have been nominated by our DAVIS colleagues. We're thrilled to announce the winners of our first-ever Splash Grants, each valued at $20,000! The process worked like this:

•After receiving 15 nominations, the DCF board reviewed and those were then narrowed down to a shortlist of 6.
•Those six organizations were then invited to present an interview with the DCF Board, and ultimately three winners were selected.

Congratulations to our three winners, who each received a $20,000 check from DCF to be donated to their nominated 501( c)(3)organizations:
