Project Brief

One Hawaii is a new 4-story apartment building in DC's Ward 5 with all 70 units reserved for residents earning 30-80% of the area median income. The new community is built to LEED Platinum Standards and will feature a community room, outdoor terrace, play space, bicycle storage room, and below-ground parking. Active design is incorporated, including visible outdoor stairwells!
