Milestone Senior Germantown

Affordable independent living for seniors is one of the most critical needs in our housing market, which is why we're excited to be building Milestone Senior in Germantown. Completing in late 2023, Milestone Senior will bring 111 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units to a suburban residential center. Our project team is building 4 levels of wood-frame construction with a green roof, fiber cement panels and vinyl windows to go along with beautiful amenity space.
