Meritus Health - Brook Lane Gymnasium

Our longstanding partner Meritus Health—a partner on several projects including the Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine—was in need of activity space for their new affiliates, Brook Lane Health Services. Our familiarity and relationship with Meritus allowed our team to step in and begin construction on a new gymnasium at Brook Lane's Hagerstown campus. The 26,000-SF space will provide a therapeutic space for patients as well as a custom sensory room for patients and students at the adjacent Laurel Hall School, Brook Lane's institution for students diagnosed with emotional disabilities, autism, or multiple handicaps.
