Loudoun County Crisis Receiving and Stabilization Center
Project Brief
The Loudoun County Crisis Receiving and Stabilization Center is a new behavioral health facility purpose-built to provide critical crisis and stabilization services to the Loudoun County community. Constructed from the ground up on a 3–4 acre site within an established support campus, the one-story building was designed with patient safety and care at the forefront—featuring two dedicated care suites, seven patient rooms, counseling spaces, an intake area, administrative offices, and a small industrial kitchen. Specialized safety features were incorporated throughout the facility to meet the unique demands of behavioral health care.
Beyond the building itself, the project included key site infrastructure improvements and a thoughtful construction approach that kept the surrounding campus in mind. Our Healthcare team completed the work on a strict 365-day schedule while respecting local noise regulations, ensuring minimal impact on neighboring facilities. The result is a modern, welcoming center equipped to serve residents in some of their most critical moments.
