College Park City Hall

Completed in Fall 2020 at the intersection of Knox Road and Baltimore, City Hall lives in the heart of College Park’s downtown area and serves as the first ever joint City Hall-University office space. DAVIS was chosen to take the responsibility of building this historic collaborative space, which hosts spaces for city employees on the first two floors, university employees on the top two floors, and an impressive new city council chambers. Additionally, the ground floor hosts 7,000-SF of retail space, and the building is organized around a new public plaza that will mark the heart of CP and give employees, residents, and students alike a community space to work, eat lunch, or just hang out!
