This demolition and subsequent construction of this Class-A office building is a challenging undertaking; yet another example of our team navigating complexities of development in a busy downtown. Sandwiched between 12th, 11th, G street, and the existing Marriott hotel, this new building will require immense coordination and cooperation between all parties to be completed successfully. With 725 12th St located just 3 blocks from the Metro Center, though, the location is worth the extra effort. The new luxury office space will include first-class amenities such as a pass-through lobby, renovated courtyard, and roof terrace space directly on top of a newly modified below-grade garage space, ensuring a top-of-the-line experience for future tenants.
