As an Estimating Executive, Steve is tasked with leading the preconstruction process—developing new procedures, fostering a positive working environment, and supporting his team to successfully land bids. Beginning his DAVIS career in Operations, Steve has the background knowledge and outside experience to craft innovative solutions to complex problems, allowing him to anticipate issues and save time and money once construction is underway. While his current focus is in the Healthcare and Government market sectors, he has the talent and dedication to take on projects of all types. Steve has also provided his experience and knowledge externally as a judge for the Washington Building Congress' Annual Craftsmanship Awards.

As a leader, Steve is committed to being a great mentor for the next generation, just as his own mentors helped to shape his own career.

Outside of DAVIS, Steve can be found at the local indoor rock-climbing gym with his wife or working on his knife making skills in his garage shop.
