With more than 20 years of experience spanning both estimating and operations, Geert brings a deep, well-rounded understanding of construction to every project he leads. While his primary expertise lies in the residential sector, his background in interiors, office buildings, education, and hospitality has shaped a comprehensive perspective on how successful projects are built from the ground up.

Geert is known for his proactive approach and his ability to foster a collaborative, solutions-driven environment. He believes that strong teams deliver the best results, and that a little levity along the way goes a long way. When challenges arise, Geert’s leadership ensures that teams come together, communicate openly, and find the right path forward.

Geert has a unique talent for uniting people around a shared goal, which is reflected in the consistently high standards achieved by his project teams.

Outside of DAVIS, Geert enjoys golfing across Frederick County, spending time with his family and two dogs, and trying out new Indonesian recipes.
