David leads preconstruction, estimating and business development efforts in our Philadelphia office as we continue to grow the DAVIS footprint in the City of Brotherly Love. He also oversees construction management and scheduling to help ensure the DAVIS approach is comprehensively implemented on each project. Joining DAVIS in 2024, David brings a wealth of experience in the Philadelphia real estate market that will be crucial in the company's exciting new chapter. An expert communicator, he has emphasized building strong relationships with trade partners, vendors, owners, and other key collaborators throughout his career, and as a member of Association of Medical Facility Professionals(AMFP) and General Building Contractors Association, he connects with industry leaders to stay on top of industry trends and business strategies. 

Construction is a solutions-focused business, and we trust David to find the best solutions and lead DAVIS into the future. 

When he's not working, David plays recreational soccer, golf and spends time with his wife and three children.
