Project Brief

At 1650 Arch Street, we completed a full interior renovation of four floors for the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). USACE uses this space to support their Philadelphia divisions, including their Marine Design Center, Emergency Management Group, Programs & Project Management Division and more. We completely demolished the previous tenant's office spaces and renovated the core interior areas which include restrooms and elevator lobbies. Additionally, we built a 5,000-SF fitness center, conferencing, and operations office space!
