Odenton MARC Station Parking Garage

We've partnered with MEDCO, Anne Arundel County and the State of Maryland to deliver a new five-level parking garage adjacent to the Odenton MARC station and Kiss & Ride. As the first phase of a larger transformation of the station area, the Odenton MARC Station Garage will consolidate the existing 13-acre surface parking lot into a significantly smaller footprint, creating opportunities for future residential and retail development around the Penn Line's third-busiest MARC station.

The DAVIS team is building the 1,100-space garage while maintaining safe, accessible connections to the active station and platform for commuters. The project also includes supporting site, utility, landscape, and stormwater improvements, with careful planning to keep the West Lot operational throughout construction. With work occurring near active train tracks, close coordination will support safe, efficient construction alongside ongoing operations.
