Project Brief

When the Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) decided to renovate their Region 3 office, we knew we had the right tools for the job—our extensive experience in DC-area government projects has given us a great wealth of knowledge that we could bring to Philadelphia. The EPA trusted DAVIS to complete their mission, and we couldn’t wait to begin demolition. We built them 8 floors and 150,000-SF of world-class office space, complete with a private lobby, conference center, and more!
