Steve is who to call when it comes to Critical Environments: his extensive experience in building anything from chemical labs and central utility plants to brand new industrial production facilities gives him the breadth of knowledge to tackle any challenge. Beginning his career as an Avionics & Electronics Technician in the U.S. Marine Corps, Steve understands how to handle challenging situations with some of the most delicate and complex systems. Leveraging his ability to constantly learn from others and being comfortable with being uncomfortable, Steve has grown into his current leadership position with DAVIS. Now, he focuses on fostering teamwork, encouraging active engagement from all stakeholders, and leading his team by example. 

Steve's background and ability to adapt to any situation allows him to thrive in environments where precision is crucial.

Outside of his duties, Steve loves to spend time on his farm riding horses, tending to the animals, and honing his carpentry skills.
