With over 25 years of industry experience, Mike hit the ground running during his time with DAVIS. Leveraging his prior experience, he's quickly become a key part of our Multi-Family Residential team. His ability to understand the needs of all parties involved has been crucial to the success of his projects—from owners and developers to architects and trade partners, Mike balances all their insights, turning multiple parties into one cohesive team. He's also incredibly skilled at getting the most out of his project teams. Utilizing his background as a wrestling coach, Mike understands that everyone is motivated in their own way. A great leader is someone who can diagnose, understand, and utilize everyone's strengths and weaknesses together, creating one well-oiled machine.

When he's not on a jobsite or leading a practice for his wrestling team, you can find Mike staying active outside and spending quality time with his family.
