As a Project Executive, Justin utilizes his decade-plus experience in the construction industry to help deliver some of the biggest Education projects in the DMV. As a lifelong Marylander, he deeply understands the region's landscape and inner workings, enabling him to anticipate project conditions . Justin's greatest strength is his ability to get the best out of his teams; he positions them well which allows them to "be the driver" of their work, giving them the space and tools they need to thrive at their role.

Having built a wealth of experience, Justin is able to communicate with owners and trade partners alike to make sure the right work gets done. From renovations and facade replacements and full ground-up buildings, he's seen the entire spectrum of challenges and met them head-on.
