Ben leads by example, setting the foundation for success amongst his team and the company. As a co-lead amongst the Interiors group, Ben’s quality leadership skills and honed expertise in sustainable construction are distinct amongst colleagues and industry peers alike. He is actively engaged in the early planning stages, flushing out project risks in the preconstruction phase thus enabling his team to quickly and efficiently solve problems – a critical skill in the fast-paced nature of interior construction. Ben’s holistic approach in corporate strategy, cross-sector marketing, and business development proves valuable in driving the company onward and upward.
What clients love about Ben is his persistence and creative approach in resolving challenges. He thrives on collaborating with the client team and staying actively involved, bringing exceptional diligence and ingenuity to everything he does. Ben currently serves as Co-Chair for the ULI Washington Leadership Institute.
