The Yards - Parcel G

In Southeast Washington DC, new developments are on the rise—and sitting 11 stories high, Parcel G at The Yards, Brookfield Properties' massive mixed-use development, is a symbol of that trajectory. This Class A office building has an unparalleled view of the Waterfront, a gorgeous penthouse, and 15,000-SF of ground-floor retail and restaurant space. The Yards is a comprehensive vision from Brookfield Properties, who we partnered with at Parcel G to take on this challenge. With an incredible design from architect Gensler, our project team delivered a beautiful building, with curvilinear components to enhance views down N Street and New Jersey Avenue.
