The Key School Fusco Athletic Park

At the Key School in Annapolis, our team performed an expansion of a 15-acre campus to build a new sports complex on an old golf course just four miles from the school’s campus. The complex includes two multi-purpose grass fields, a baseball diamond, eight tennis courts, two parking facilities, and walking trails that meander through the surrounding woods and encircle the 70-acre site. Additionally, three small utility buildings surround the lower maintenance parking lot and house the equipment and water treatment facility required to maintain the fields, while a 6,000-SF pavilion is positioned adjacent to the main parking lot and features locker rooms, meeting spaces, and a large patio.
