Frederick Conference Center & Hotel

Building on decades of strong investment and momentum into developing Downtown Frederick, we are working with Plamondon Hospitality Partners and the State of Maryland in a public-private partnership to bring much-needed lodging and meeting space near the award-winning Carrol Creek Park. This project is not just another hotel: it's an investment in the community, culture, and economy of Maryland as a whole.

The 208-key hotel, featuring 20,000-SF of event space, street-level retail, and ample parking, will provide both residents and visitors with a place that honors and strengthens community in historic Downtown Frederick. Completion is expected in late 2027.
