When it comes to our people, Jennifer flexes her institutional, organizational and personnel expertise to lead our Human Resources strategies. She collaborates with the entire HR team to provide impactful human capital development and programming, covering employee relations, benefits, compensation, performance management, recruitment, and general HR initiatives. Her daily interaction with leadership and employees on and off-site, is indicative of her hands-on approach. With her unique previous experience as an HR consultant across multiple industries, Jennifer’s priority is to make sure our employees have a place where they enjoy working and are provided with the necessary tools and resources. She aims to truly understand what our employees want, and works with leaders to implement programs and resources that are attractive and speak to our culture.
