ENR Midatlantic Best Projects of 2015
On November 6, 2015 Engineering News Record (ENR) MidAtlantic honored the top 34 projects in their annual Best Projects Competition. Regional projects from Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia were invited to submit under 17 categories.
