Since 1966, James G. Davis Construction Corporation (DAVIS) has been honored fourteen times as Outstanding General Contractor by the American Subcontractors Association (formerly DC Metropolitan Subcontractors Association). We are extremely grateful for these accolades because we pride ourselves on the relationships and experience we have with our merit shop and union subcontractors.

Partnering is the key to developing and maintaining good relations. During the bidding phase, we expect our subcontractors to study project documents, understand the project schedule and conditions, and submit a price with confidence. During the construction phase, we expect each subcontractor to be a team player and follow-through with their commitments to ensure a successful project. Our subcontractors have come to know that DAVIS excels in doing its part to properly coordinate all trades throughout pricing and construction to the benefit of all.
