Self-Performed Services

DAVIS’ field personnel consist of over 250 individuals allowing us to self perform on certain trades for select projects. These trades include demolition, concrete, carpentry, millwork installation, drywall, and safety. We self perform only if we know the schedule and budget can be improved.

Additionally, we are a signatory employer under area wide collective bargaining agreements with the following labor unions:

• The Washington, DC Regional Council of Carpenters
• Laborer’s District Council of Washington, DC and Vicinity
• Operative Plasterers’ and Cement Masons Local No. 891 of Washington,
  DC and Vicinity

These unions have apprenticeship programs which are registered with the United States Department of Labor.
