Courtyard by Marriott

Grosvenor Americas' Courtyard by Marriott in Chevy Chase, Maryland has been completed and is open for business.  Grosvenor, OPX, Baker Project Consulting, and DAVIS partnered to complete the modernization of this 39-year old building into an environmentally sustainable, high-tech, high-end hotel.  Significant features include exquisite bedrooms; large conference rooms; an outdoor pool; fitness facility; and a Courtyard GoBoard (TM) in the main lobby that allows guests to access local information with a quick touch.  This project is pursuing LEED Gold Certification through USGBC.
