DAVIS is a licensed contractor in Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. We manage the construction process from preconstruction to project close-out. We have office management that works on document control, accounting, budgeting, scheduling, and contracting while the field management concentrates on the daily operations of the site as well as managing the field forces of the subcontractors for all trades. As the general contractor, DAVIS ensures that a project will be completed successfully.
