Design-Build Services

DAVIS will team with design professionals to provide design-build services. We will work directly for the owner and participate in design development, budgeting, scheduling, contract document preparation, and scope development. The design team can either be contracted with us or the owner. Either way, we will partner together to ensure we are working as one unified team. We have provided these services for numerous clients including XM Satellite Radio, Metropolitan Police Department, and International Association of Machinists.
