XM Satellite Radio, a satellite-based national radio provider, launched its revolutionary product in 2001.  This facility includes 84,000-SF of headquarters office space; restaurant and cafe seating areas; conference facilities; an additional 65,000-SF of radio sound protection studios; and a performance studio used for broadcasting nationally.  The entire mechanical and electrical systems are independent of the building systems and are uninterrupitible and redundant throughout.  As XM Satellite Radio continues to expand, DAVIS and Studios have been asked back numerous times to complete additional work to their headquarters facility including an expansion space, data center, and performance studios.
