This occupied facility project involved the complete renovation of a major urban shopping mall.  Renovations to the mall included an added floor level with a raised roof of structural steel; complete overhaul of mechanical, electrical, and conveying systems; replacement of storefront facades, sidewalks, and brick planters; and new finishes in public areas.  A multiplex movie theatre and restaurant were constructed in the upper floor of the space.  The seven theatres range in size from 85 to 400 seats and include two ultra high-end "Club Cinemas."  All construction activities were carefully coordinated to accommodate Mazza Gallerie's ongoing needs and the heavy pedestrian traffic of this busy retail area.
