Lionsgate at Woodmont Corner is a luxury condominium building consisting of 158 high-end residential units throughout 12 floors, retail space, and three levels of below-grade parking.  DAVIS demolished the existing Woodmont Shopping Center and excavated three and one-half stories below-grade.  The building's facade consists of precast panels, brick, and punched windows.  The luxury condominiums feature SubZero stainless steel appliances, bathrooms with stone tile, hardwood flooring, granite countertops, high-end maple cabinetry, and Kohler plumbing fixtures.  Due to its location on the busy corner of Woodmont Avenue and Old Georgetown Road, heavy coordination was required to maintain pedestrian and traffic safety.
